The Colon & Rectal Educational & Research Institute of Florida is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation, based in Orlando, Florida. Our mission is to ensure continued support for the improvement of patient care and for a heightened awareness of colorectal diseases through the educational training and clinical research activities of qualified physicians selected nationally and internationally.

The physicians of the Colon and Rectal Clinic of Orlando started the Foundation project in 2002 based on their desire to continue to serve the community of Orlando and of Central Florida by fostering research and education in the field of colon and rectal surgery.
